Welcome to Rosabella Cute Couture! I'm Imelda, the one-woman show driving the vision as founder, designer, and creator. Based in Canada, we offer premium handmade couture pieces to style your little one for all special events.

The origins of Rosabella Cute Couture are deeply intertwined with my childhood, where I learned to sew from my grandmother and mother. My passion for creativity has always been a driving force in my life. About four years ago, I started sewing clothes for myself and my teenage daughter, and last year, I began crafting unique pieces for my youngest daughter.

It brings me immense joy to create elegant dresses and accessories for children, I set out to create unique, quality pieces. Each item is expertly designed and handcrafted by me in Canada.

Policies

Order Processing

All items are meticulously crafted in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Expect a 4-7 day processing and shipping period. For order updates or questions email rosabella.couture1@gmail.com.

Shipping

After your order is submitted and the payment is confirmed, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you. Standard shipping for all Canadian orders is dispatched via Canada Post Lettermail, which means your order will not include a tracking number and may take approximately 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on destination. An option to upgrade to Expedited Parcel is available, providing a tracking number for your package. Please be aware that if you select standard untracked shipping, the delivery process is beyond our control once the order is in the hands of Canada Post. At this point there is no way to determine the exact arrival time. If you require your items by a certain date, we strongly recommend considering an upgrade to your shipping method. All orders to the USA are dispatched through USPS and include tracking details. Delivery times can range from 5 to 15 business days, based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties on orders shipped outside of Canada. Additionally, some countries may impose Collect on Delivery (COD) fees that must be paid before delivery. These fees are not covered in your purchase price. All taxes, fees, COD charges, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Nonetheless, for any inquiries regarding returns, please feel free to reach out to us at info@rosabellacutecouture.ca. Should there be any concerns with your purchase, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, we kindly ask that you contact us via email within five days of receiving your order.
